Jelly Tots

Come into our premises on a Wednesday morning and you will find the hall is filled with energetic and inquisitive toddlers and babies together with their mothers or carers - and sometimes fathers!

Jelly Tots, our mother and toddler club, is a vibrant and happy meeting which provides a safe environment for the  young children to enjoy themselves and to develop their socializing abilities.

There are plenty of toys and activities on offer, including mobile toys, a model railway track, a play kitchen, a slide and seesaw. Each week there  is a craft activity suited to their age range and many of the children  make a beeline for this as soon as they arrive! There is also a time for singing and listening to a story.

This meeting also provides an opportunity for the parents and carers to socialize as they keep an eye on their offspring;   Some weeks it’s hard to tell whether the children or the adults are making the most noise! During the morning refreshments are served, both for the children and for the grown-ups.

Jelly Tots, which is staffed by caring members of our church who have been CRB (now Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS)) checked, meets every   Wednesday morning during term time from 10.00 a.m. to 11.30 a.m. and costs  £1.00 per family per week.

If you have young children who fall into this age category we should be delighted to welcome you.
